Congratulations to the winner of the trip for two to the 43rd Annual CMA Awards live in Nashville. The winner is Kim McCollum of Mulkeytown. Kim receives two tickets to the 43rd Annual CMA Awards ceremony and broadcast in Nashville, TN, plus two nights hotel accommodations for two and other prizes.

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Nashville, TN to see the 43rd Annual Country Music Awards on Wednesday, November 11, 2009. The trip package includes:
• 2 Tickets to "The 43rd Annual CMA Awards" ceremony and broadcast (Wednesday, Nov. 11, in Nashville)
• Hotel accommodations at the famed Gaylord Opryland Resort (www.gaylordopryland.com) (double occupancy) for 2 nights, (check in Tuesday, 11/10 and check out Thursday, 11/12)
o Accommodations include:
o Breakfast at Water’s Edge Marketplace daily
o Round-trip awards show shuttle transportation
o Admission to Fuse Nightclub
o Designated Gaylord staff to answer any questions and to assist in check-in process

WSIL – CMA Awards Trip Giveaway - Contest Rules Who Can Enter 1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be legal residents of the WSIL-TV/KPOB-TV viewing area who are 18 years of age or older. 2. Employees of WSIL-TV, KPOB-TV, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. To be eligible, you cannot have won any contest on WSIL-TV in the past 30 days from the end date of this promotion. How to Enter (a) No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per contestant. Multiple entries by the same contestant will result in all entries by that contestant being disqualified. (b) To enter, fill out the on-line entry form above or mail a post card with your name, address, and phone number to: CMA Contest, c/o WSIL-TV, 1416 Country Aire Drive, Carterville, IL 62918. (c) The contest starts Monday, October 12 at 7:00am CDT and all entries must be received by WSIL-TV by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CDT on Monday, October 26, 2009. Station is not responsible for server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction. (d) The winner will be selected on the afternoon of Monday, October 26, 2009 and will be contacted by phone and/or email. The Prize 1. The grand prize trip must be taken the week of November 9, 2009 but is subject to change. The estimated retail value of the grand prize package is $1,360.00. The winner is responsible for paying taxes on the winnings. 2. Before claiming prizes, winner must provide their correct name, address and telephone number to WSIL-TV at the time of notification. Winner must appear in person at the station to sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be completed within five (5) business days of notification. All persons traveling on the Grand Prize trip must be 18 years of age or over, unless travelers under 18 are accompanied by at least one adult who is the parent or legal guardian of all of the minors. Winner must show picture identification to claim prizes. Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented. 3. If winner does not timely complete the affidavit of eligibility, then the prize will not be awarded. Failure to collect the prize within 5 business days will constitute forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of WSIL-TV. If time permits, WSIL-TV will attempt to select another winner. Otherwise, another winner will not be selected. 4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Station. WSIL-TV has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed. 5. The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules. 6. Only one prize will be awarded per household. Contestants are eligible to win only one prize within any 30 day period, regardless of the number of contests entered. 7. WSIL-TV is not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize. WSIL-TV, sponsors, and prize provider shall not be responsible for winner’s failure to take the trip within the time frame described above, or cancellation of the trip by the winner. 8. WSIL-TV and other sponsors are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize. 9. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that WSIL-TV and other sponsors have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, video submission, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration. Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous 1. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. 2. Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WSIL-TV, 1416 Country Aire Drive, Carterville, IL 62918. 3. For the name of the prize winner, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to WSIL-TV, and written request to: 1416 Country Aire Drive, Carterville, IL 62918, by November 30, 2009. 4. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. WSIL-TV and American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder. 5. WSIL-TV cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information. 6. WSIL-TV reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest date.
