After The Storm - DVD

WSIL-TV -- The devastating storm of May 8, 2009 blew a path of destruction through the heart of our viewing area. Many people in southern Illinois were left without power for several days.

In the days following the storm, many viewers have asked WSIL to make available the video of our storm coverage.

We will.

WSIL has teamed with American Red Cross - Little Egypt Network to not only make the video available but also help local disaster efforts.

We've compiled a DVD of our half-hour special report, "After the Storm" along with other video from our ongoing storm recovery coverage. The DVD is available through American Red Cross - Little Egypt Network for a donation of $25.00.

All proceeds from the DVD will go to the agency's disaster relief fund to help current and future disaster victims in southern Illinois.
