Third Arrest Made in Cape Girardeau Triple Murder
25-year old Samuel Ray Hughes of Cape has been charged with second degree murder and battery.
A judge has set his bond at a half-million dollars.
The other two suspects -- Ryan Patterson and Michelle Lawrence were arrested yesterday for those murders.
Jamie Orman and her son Derrick were found shot to death in their home Tuesday.
Police suspect they were killed for insurance money.
The suspects are charged with three murders because Jamie was 7 months pregnant.
Police say the suspects were trying to kill Orman's boyfriend John Lawrence.
But John was at work at the time.
