Ameren Set To Slash More Employees

WSIL-TV- Hundreds of Ameren workers may soon be applying for unemployment benefits.

The company announced Friday they will be cutting 300 positions.

That's about 3% of the corporation's 9,700 total employees.

Some of those employees will receive severance packages.
