Life has been a struggle off the field the past year for A-J coach Brett Detering and his family. Detering's son, Austin, was born 11 months ago with a form of Muscular Dystrophy as well as several other physical problems. But as Matt Bierman shows us, Austin has not only been a blessing to the Deterings, but he has helped bring out the best in their community.
