Benton Rangers remain undefeated after beating Harrisburg

BENTON (WSIL) — The Benton Rangers remain undefeated following their Homecoming game Friday.

Benton came out strong in the first quarter and never looked back.

The scoring started with a 19-yard pass from Keegan Glover to Ayden Newcomb for for the touchdown and a 7-0 lead.

Later in the quarter, Glover made a 32-yard pass to Tre Hosick. That pass put the Rangers up 21-0.

Benton continued its scoring barrage in the second quarter, with two successful passes to Payton Bayless putting the Rangers up 35-0.

The Rangers win big and clinch a playoff spot in the process.

The team shut out Harrisburg with a score of 54-0.
