CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- Three cats and two dogs are looking for their forever homes in this edition of Pets of the Week.

Smokey is a playful 2-year-old male cat looking for his forever family. You can contact Union County Animal Control in Cobden to meet him.

Williamson County Animal Control in Marion has a male blonde Beagle up for adoption. He is about 2-years-old can't wait for a new family to take him home.

Coal is a 4-month-old male kitten who isn't quite old enough for vetting yet but will need to be neutered and get a rabies vaccine once he is of age. Coal is also playful and loves cuddles. You can swing by the Wayne County Humane Society in Fairfield to meet Coal.

Sally is a Husky-/Australian Shepherd mix who is about 3-years- old. She had a rough start to life. She had to undergo emergency surgery that revealed a blockage in her intestines. She is all better now and has blossomed into a sweet loving girl. If you are interested in Sally, she is at PAWS' Place Adoption Center in Anna.

Buster is considered one of the sweetest cats at the City of Salem Animal Control in Kell. His smokey-colored fur is and beautiful to look at and smooth to touch.
