CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- Brrr! It's the coldest morning of the season with actual temperatures between 7 to 12 degrees in most areas, but when you factor in the wind, it "feels like" 0 to -5 degrees. Bundle up and cover up exposed skin if you're heading out the door.
Friday will be a great day to look at from indoors, as big blue sunny skies will be prevalent, but temperatures will only be in the mid to upper 20s.
Wind gradually turn back to the south overnight tonight and it ushers warmer weather back into the region just in time for the weekend. In fact, by Monday, temperatures will be back in the upper 50s and lower 60s!
