CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- Snow showers are moving away from the region, but cold temperatures will stick around for a couple more days.
Rain showers are possible off and on, sort of hit and miss on Friday. A few snowflakes could mix in, but this looks to be a cold, light rain event.
A warm-up is in the forecast for the weekend. We could see afternoon readings in the 50s, even near 60 degrees.
A big rain maker looks likely early next week. Despite the Ohio River falling, flooding concerns will rise.
I will have the latest Storm Track 3 team forecast on News 3 this evening.
