CARTERVILLE (WSIL) --Skies clearing late tonight and winds calming down will lead to a cold, frosty start to the weekend, but it is all up from there.
Saturday afternoon temperatures should be near 50 with blue skies and southwest breezes.
Sunday should top out around 60 but will come with lots of clouds and stronger winds.
The rain maker in the forecast for early next week could bring locally heavy rain and some thunder and lightning.
The latest update is in my forecast on News 3 this evening.
