Flood Warning issued March 26 at 9:07PM CDT until April 14 at 5:00AM CDT by NWS Memphis TN

The Flood Warning continues for the Mississippi River.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Mississippi River at Caruthersville
* until Monday April 13.
* At 8 PM Thursday the stage was 37.8 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Maximum forecast stage of 39.2 feet on Tuesday March 31.
* Flood stage is 32 feet.
* The river rose above flood stage Wednesday March 18 and will
continue rising to near 39.2 feet by Tuesday March 31.
* At 39 feet…Floodwater has reached the foot of the floodwall
protecting Caruthersville, Missouri. In Tennessee, grain terminal
south of the Interstate 155 bridge is flooding. Highway 88 is
flooded at places in the north bottom of Lauderdale County. Roads
to and from Chisholm Lake are flooding.
A followup Flood Statement will be issued when conditions warrant.

Do not drive through flooded areas…turn around don’t drown.
