Humidity and storm chances stick around

Warm temperatures, and dew points near 70 will make for another humid day.

Expect highs, today, to be a bit cooler than Friday, as clouds and storm chances clutter Saturday's forecast. Most will see highs climb into the mid 80s.

Thunderstorms are developing early this morning near the boot heel area, and are expected to track into western Kentucky into the morning. A chance for storms will return for southern Illinois through early afternoon. Some guidance suggests another chance for widespread thunderstorms into the late evening and overnight hours. Severe weather is not anticipated, but a few strong storms cannot be ruled out, especially northward.

We'll continue to track this evening's storm potential throughout the day. Meteorologist Jacie Brianne returns with your forecast, tonight.
