Pets of the Week: July 9, 2020

CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- A mixture of puppies and kittens are up for adoption in this edition of Pets of the Week.
Azalea is a cuddly one-and-a-half-year-old female cat looking for a home without other cats. She loves to snuggle and eat treats, and she seems to be struggling in the shelter. You could make her a happy girl by adopting her at the Humane Society of Southern Illinois in Murphysboro.
Harley is a one-year-old Boxer, Pit Bull, and Terrier-mix, who travels great in the car and loves water. He weighs 65lbs and does not like to be around cats. Harley would be fine with kids who are a little older, but he can be a little timid at first. Once he's settled in, you won't have to worry. You can meet Harley at the Perry County Humane Society in Du Quoin.
Henderson is a 10-month-old pup who is easy going. He would make a great addition to almost any family. Contact the Humane Society of Southern Illinois in Murphysboro for more on his adoption.
Andromeda is a female cat who is about a year old and already spayed.
She is friendly, so she would love for you to visit her at Union County Animal Control in Cobden.
A group of sibling kittens is ready to be adopted at the Wayne County Humane Society. They are about 8 to 10 weeks old and looking for their forever homes. Call the shelter in Fairfield to learn more about the kittens.
