Lollapalooza unveils virtual music fest

(CNN) -- Lollapalooza is not happening in Chicago this year because of the pandemic. But the music festival is still going ahead in a virtual way.

Lolla 2020 will air on YouTube July 30 through August 2. That's the same dates as the festival was originally scheduled.

The event boasts 150 performances including new sets from H.E.R., Carnage, and Alison Wonderland.

There's also going to be recorded performances from previous years including those from Metallica, Run the Jewels, Lorde, and Chance The Rapper.
