CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- It was a cool and dreary start to August and not much is expected to change tomorrow.
Scattered showers will continue for the remainder of the afternoon and into the evening before drying out. Overnight the showers should come to an end with low temperatures dipping into the low 60s.
Sunday should be a bit less gloomy during the early half of the day but the chances for showers and storms return by the afternoon. High temperatures will stay cool, topping out in the low 80s.
Drier weather will likely return by midweek. Meteorologist Jacie Brianne will have the latest tonight on News 3.
