Break from humidity and storms is a few days away

(WSIL) High humidity will continue to fuel a chance for storms Thursday evening and again on Friday.

Organized severe weather is not expected, but localized flash flooding is a concern.

Humidity levels should start to drop Sunday as a cold front moves through and sweeps away the chances for rain.

The long-range outlook suggests next week could bring an extended break from humidity.

I will have the latest forecast updates on News 3 this evening.
