(WSIL) -- Temperatures climb Saturday, ahead of a very wet Sunday.
You may mistake this Saturday for one in spring, as temperatures are forecast to climb into the mid 50s this afternoon. With some sun in the morning, expect increasing clouds through the afternoon.
Showers will begin this evening in the south, and gradually push north tonight. Expect a long wet period, as we don't completely say goodbye to rain chances again until Monday morning.
Flooding is a concern, as we may see well over two inches in some places by the end of this event.
I'll be tracking this system, and talking who will see the most rain, this morning on News 3.
