CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- It is the perfect season for a new furry companion. There are four animals up for adoption in this edition of Pets of the Week.
Archie is a 4-year-old Rottweiler-mix who weighs about 60-pounds. Archie would love a place with a couch, carpet, snacks, and great people!
He is looking for his special someone or family to call his own. He gets along with other dogs and likes kids, but sometimes he forgets and jumps on them. If you're interested in Archie, he's at the Perry County Humane Society.
Calli is a Heinz 57 Dog who is super sweet and good with other dogs and kids. She is around 2 to 3-years-old and came from a Kentucky kill shelter with her puppies, so she is ready for a loving home. For more about her, contact Saving Grace Canine Boot Camp in Mt. Vernon.
Shiloh is a one-and-a-half-year-old Beagle/Lab mix. He is neutered and gets along with dogs, cats, and kids. His only downfall is you won't be able to trust him around poultry. If you think this funny, energetic, young guy is what you have been dreaming of, please contact the Humane Society of Southern Illinois in Murphysboro.
Clementine is the only cat on the list. She is estimated to be 3 to 4 years old. She looks like she has had her fair share of hard times, but she does good with other cats and dogs. Clementine also loves to cuddle. We can help her find a home at Claws and Paws Rescue in Olney.
