(WSIL) -- While the bulk of our expected rainfall has fallen already this morning, chances for showers will linger into the early evening.
Most of the showers from the overnight hours have exited the region, but as the energy with this wave passes overhead, we may see additional showers develop this afternoon. Bottom line, expect a mostly dry but cloudy day, with chances for showers on and off through the dinner hour.
Another wave of energy will push through the region Sunday afternoon bringing more chances for showers and even a few rumbles of thunder.
I'll be tracking these showers and talking about a bit of a cold snap in the forecast, this morning on News 3.
