National Weather Service confirms 3 tornadoes in western Kentucky

(WSIL) -- Severe storms left behind significant damage to western Kentucky overnight and now multiple tornadoes have been confirmed.

The National Weather Service confirmed an EF-1 tornado, with peak winds of 95 mph, occurred in southern Graves County, Kentcky. The damage path stretches from Cuba to Lynnville.

Two other tornadoes were confirmed in Kentucky. An EF-1 tornado with maximum winds of 105 mph was confirmed near Clinton, Kentucky in Fulton County. An EF-2 tornado with maximum winds of 125 mph occurred in Hickman County, Kentucky.

Both tornadoes developed quickly, touched down and dissipated.
