(WSIL) -- Cooler less humid air is pushing into the region. The boundary between that and the hot humid air that covered the region like a wet sweater early in the week will be a focal point for more chances for storms. Weak low pressure moving along the stalled front will trigger storms early Saturday and again late Saturday.
Some storms in the evening round might produce strong gusty winds along with frequent lightning. Storms chnaces should exit the region by Sunday midday.
Temperatures and humidity levels will drop for a few days. Fall like conditions are in my forecast for early next week. I will have the latest forecast updates on News 3 WSIL.
