(WSIL) -- Early morning rain exits, leaving Sunday dry, with clearing skies.
Despite last night's storms on their way out, counties near the boot heel and Tennessee will see lingering rain chances this morning. Still, those counties should be dry by evening.
Over the next 24 hours, overall flow will become more northerly both at the surface and aloft, allowing for more sunshine and generally more comfortable weather in the coming days. I'm tracking drier air, and pinpointing when you may need an umbrella this week, this morning at 6 on News 3.
